bad repping without names

I'm sick of people giving bad rep without leaving names.
Why is this even allowed?

This means that people can give me bad comments and not give me the chance to answer these comments - its really an unfair system.

People always leave their name in good reps.
It should be a rule that people also give their names in bad reps.

If you cant give a bad comment without standing by that comment (the only DECENT thing) than dont give a bad comment at all.

I think you can PM LPS and she'll tell you who bad repped you. Not sure.

Besides, I think the reason we don't have it so people can see who bad repped them is because Kaitou'd probally have to hack the forum.

Edit: now, I stil think it's better that you can't see who repped you ... since many quarrels can become from that ... and then, others will bad rep that user, just because they knew he/she bad repped them, altho they really deserved that bad rep. ...
