but it never works! like i said, it keep on saying, there was a problem while prossesing database query or something like that. i save in my computer. in my pictures, and then i try to upload it it. it never works! can u take me step by step how 2 do this please?

in my pictures. first do save as. then go to my documents and open my pictures. then save it as whatever u want it to b saved as!
