it's Kazekage num 4 (Kankuro's dad) with youngbum Kankuro (Kankuro hates kids so why would he have one?)... i think this is one of FadeToBlack's (or sumone with a similar style's) drawings cos Kankuro as a child is shown with that same armadillo puppet in several on her site
