This is most definetly the Yondaime Hokage. He is definetly from the series Naruto, since he is wearing an ANBU uniform from that series. He has no stripes on his face, so he's not Naruto. He also has the same hairstyle as the Yondaime, with the longer pieces of hair in the front. From the coloring of his eyes and hair, he's definetly not Kakashi.
