For # 2, probably the reason why she does that is cause she likes him ( I HOPE AND PRAY SHE DOES!!) or she has a short temper like us. Sakura HATES Naruto. She only beat him by getting Granny Chiyo's HELP! Granny Chiyo is a frickin' old lady! Plus she was CONTROLLING Sakura with puppet strings,so really,Sakura didn't do squat, Granny Chiyo won.

It was supposed to be dramatic, because it was supposed to be a turning point for her. She wears leggings with her qipao, plus Temari also wears a kimono-ish dress in part two.
