In the first row I made how Sakura's parents look like (since we nver got to see them), but I can't come up with names). As you can see, her dad is a happy-go-lucky person and her mother is a sweet and atentious mother.
In the second row, there are the three daughters, Sayuri, Sakura and Suisen. Suisen is the eldest, being 14 at the time of the photo. She died shortly after Sakura made it to the academy due an illness... Sayuri is 10 here and Sakura is 9. ^^ They're both in the academy.

She's kind, smart and very brave, never running away from anything. She scolds her sister a lot for being just "one of those pesky fangirls going after a boy because of his looks" but she cares for her a lot. Though, while Sayuri is more skilled in ninja arts than Sakura, she doesn't have a control over chakra as good as Sakura.
