No. I think I know what this scenes about. He was going into the bathroom to take a shower and she was already there taking one. Instead of quickly getting out of there he halts. She starts hitting on him. as he backs up he slips and as she goes after him she falls and the fall together.

You'd neeed to watch the anime in it's entirety to understand how this developed. Unfortunately, the fanservice which took this show down the path it did, chose Naru instead of Mutsumi for keitaro's girlfriend.... at least, I -think- it was fanservice that chose her.

What a shame they didn't lock the door, first...?
