Actually there is a picture on the last page of this gallery that has her in it, the text on the bottom-left of it says "Big Bang Age". Check it out and see if it's right.

Yes she is from Big Bang Age. It's some hentai game or something and she is known as "Heaven Tower Hisashi" or something like that The game itself is from the company AliceSoft
