In this episode, she and Naruto are training with Kakashi. I think he did a jutsu that made it seem like Sasuke came back and was hurt. Combine sakura with that and you have the reach out to try and help.

I think it wasn't like that. She told Kakashi that she won't ever fall into his stupid genjutsu traps or something.

she did kai which releases genjutsu. she said she would like to talk to the real sasuke and that she wouldnt fall for the same genjutsus

wat actually happened was like before naruto saw one of the bells on the ground and went to go get it and sakura reached out and said " don't it's probably a trap!" but in truth it was actually a naruto shadow clone to fool kakashi.
