It doesn't look like fan art to me either, it must be real. Also I've seen his whole face without the mask and it looks a little som som like that.

First of all, the background looks a lot like Tazuna's house. Second, if this were real from the anime what episode is it from, huh? I've known many people who've seen all the episodes of Naruto and not ONE has Kakashi without his mask, kay? Also, many people can take screenshots of the anime and edi it in photoshop very skillfully if they're good.

yes she or he !! is right about thta, there are ppl out there who believe this that waste there time trying to take bits of wokr from real anime and make it look differnt , like the anime, photoshop can do all this, coloring, jus nowing your colors is not enough copying and pasting aswell, and plus don't look like kakashi to me..O.o reminds me of a drugie >.<

That does NOT look like fanart to me. It hasn't shown up yet in the shippuden series (well from what I've seen. I"m not religiously watching it like my sis is) but I actually think this is authentic.
