I have read the manga up to volume 11 and there have been no suggestions at ALL that Akito is a girl. In 11 it reveals who he is, but it does not say he is actually a girl. Yes Tiger Girl, Akito is very mean, but you didn't have to swear...I'm not lecturing or anything, but, were're all friends here right?? I hope so anyway^^

It seems that Akito is really stupid in the anime. She's a lot cooler in the manga, and if you read her story, then you'd have to sympathize with her. She has her problems, it's just harder for her to express them. Don't forget that she's cursed too, except that those who don't fear her think that she's got it good. So don't assume things about people until you know their story. Personally, I like Aki-chan. She's just confused.

ok...i've read up 2 volume 13 cuase that's all that's out here an i don't want 2 know yet that Akito's a girl !! Akito isnt all that bad, espcially in the manga.. Her mother made her pretend to be a boy so she could be the head of the Sohma family... Shes been through alot also, She can only live up to 30 years old and she carrys all of the sohma's curses.
