Shippuden Sasuke-2980 viewsSquee! I haven't drawn Sasuke in sooo long. I feel like I've been neglecting the poor boy =P So I grabbed a sheet of bristol board today and sketched a pic of him while looking at a pic of Orlando Bloom for reference. ^-^ Meester Bloom has the best pics to use for reference. Anyway, I took out my gauche (sp?) paint set and decided to paint Uchiha boy. I don't know what he's sitting on. Oh yeah, and that smudge of black paint near his shoulder is supposed to be my sig, but...I can't write properly with a paint brush so yeah. My scanner made it look so dark =( Darn scanner >.< So yeah, Sasuke in the time skip...showing a little shoulder and looking bored, hehe.

Sasuke raptor sketchy-2997 viewsI wanted to draw Sasuke as some type of animal and since I haven't drawn any raptor-characters in a long time, I decided to draw Sasuke as Velociraptor anthro. I always associated him with raptors. He's smart, agile, and very quick. Plus, velociraptors are my fave dinosaurs. I had lots of fun doing this pic, even though I had to redo it a few times before I was satisfied. I really like how his feet came out. Raptor claws are not easy to draw, especially since I didn't have a reference pic. But all in all, I'm very pleased with how Sasuke-Raptor came out. I will color him at some point hopefully. I was thinking he'd maybe be a blue raptor with black stripes (like my character Kemnin) or something like that. I dunno yet.

Sasuke raptor - colored-5143 viewsJust like my SasuSaku pic, this pic is still NOT DONE. I just put the base colors down. I was lazy and didn't do the shadows yet, but I will. I was debating on what color raptor Sasuke should be. I finally settled on a beige-type color with a dark cool brown for the stripes. I guess that's all for now. I'll try to finish him as soon as I can.

SasuSaku - colored (not finished)-2424 viewsI got bored the other day and decide to do the lineart for my SasuSaku pic. Then I added the base colors and a sunrise background. It's not finished yet obviously, but I'm really bad at figuring out where shadows go. And from the position of the light source (the sun) I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to put in their shadows.
I really wanted to try this out but I have no reference pics and I'm afraid I'll screw it up if I'm not careful. So could someone please help me? Where should I put shadows to make it look like they're actually in front of a sunrise?
Oh yeah, the sunrise pic is not mine (duh). I found it online and thought it looked really pretty. I did add a lens flare to it though ^-^
