Near fills me with rage and I don't know why. He just does. Maybe it's that smug attitude of his. I have a feeling that if by some strange, dimension bending circumstances we met, we would hate each other. He just doesn�t seem like the kinda guy I would get along with and vice versa. I mean, look at him! He�s glaring at me through this picture! Shut up, Near! You jerk-wad! (Near:......) Yeah.....that�s what I thought you said.....*twitch*

I don't hate Near exactly, I just don't really care about his character. He's like... I don't know... kinda creepy in a way. He acts like nothing really matters and he seems to be really manipulative (sp?) Personally I think they should have had Mello be the one to catch Kira... although I think L never should have died
