You`re absolutely right on the fact that this is based on different opinions. One might see a wink and hair toss as harmless flirting, while others might view it as shameless flaunting (though I still think it`s pretty innocent). ^_^ How you see it is based upon your moral standings to which, of course, we can`t expect to change.
