pair.JPG 1024x768(112KB) Train Heartnet and Rena Willowsbrook in: 'Wedding Day Photo'"*angry sigh* Where is he....?! You'd think he'd be on time for such an important occasion...." Rena raved, rubbing her temples in frustration. The photographer eyed her anxiously, tired of waiting around when he could be taking care of other PAYING customers.
Suddenly Train, clad in his Chronos uniform, crashed through the window of the photography studio and rolled onto the ground, skidding to a stop directly in front of Rena. The photographer jumped, snapping out of his cash greedy daydream and stared at Train awkwardly. Rena merely groaned; she was used to this by now.
"So, am I late?" Train asked innocently. He stood up and began to brush the glass shards from his coat.
"Very." Rena said, exaggerating the word. She glared at him. "You were supposed to be here two hours ago!!"
Train stopped for a moment and looked up at her, brandishing an expression of 'I've just lost the capability to understand human speech'. Rena growled angrily.
"And why are you in your Chronos uniform? I told you to wear something formal!" She yelled. Train grinned.
"Oh, this?" He said, fluffing his coat collar. "I didn't think any of my other suits were flashy enough, so I-"
Rena cut him off, smacking him upside the head abruptly. "I said formal, not flashy!!"
"Ow..." Train rubbed his throbbing skull.
"Um......do you want me to take your picture now.....?" The photographer asked nervously, standing on the other side of the room. Rena turned to him, anger melting away after she realized that he was watching.
"Eh heh heh heh....." She uttered a forced laugh. "Why yes....of course.....I'm terribly sorry that you had to see that." She said, rubbing the back of her head. The photographer nodded and Rena grabbed a hold of Train's ear, dragging him over to the backdrop.
"Could you just be serious for at least a little while?!" She whispered rashly. Train swatted her away.
"Don't worry about it!" He replied. "I want to get this over with just as much as you do. I've got a bounty to collect."
Rena froze, her eyes slowly drifting to Train's gun holster. She knew he took his gun just about everywhere, but would he be stupid enough to bring it here?
"Train...." Rena said, taking a serious tone. "You didn't...."
Train looked at her and smiled, tilting his head towards her sweetly. Now she was positive....Sure enough, she saw Hades, the renowned orichalcum six chamber pistol, strapped snuggly to Train's right leg.
"You idiot!" Rena whispered shrilly. Train's smile turned into a mischievous grin.
"Alright, I have other customers to deal with..." The photographer muttered, adjusting his camera. "Just hurry up and take your poses."
Rena grimaced and sat down on the floor, tucking her knees beneath her. Train took a spot next to her and leaned his back against hers, arm propped on his left leg. The photographer grinned with fake enthusiasm, relieved that he could finally take a break after this shoot. Just as he was about to snap the photo, Train slipped his gun out of his holster....
~After Math~ The photographer nearly had a heart attack from seeing Train's gun, therefore banning Train and Rena from the studio. Rena threatened to cauterize Train for the next three weeks and complained about wanting a divorce for the next five.
(Note: If you're wondering why Train is so out of character, it's because this is supposed to be a comical and 'anti-serious' RP. I decided to put my own twist on his personality for the heck of it.)

Train and Rena.JPG 800x600(99KB) Train and Rena HeartnetTrain Heartnet
current age (in RP): 37
abilities: phenomenal aim, excellent 20-20 vision, dodging flying objects
occupation: sweeper
Rena Heartnet (maiden name: Willowsbrook)
current age: 35
abilities: can't shoot a gun to save her life, throwing things
occupation: sweeper (self proclaimed)
Rena met Train during a job when they were both pursuing the same bounty. Rena was captivated by Train's superior marksmanship and 'I'd so do him' good looks, leading her to travel with the mysterious gunman. After a few years, Rena had grown quite fond of Train and, most likely against Train's will, began to get involved with him romantically. Not so long after the start of the relationship, the two were married (Sorry, Train. X3) and made a living off of what little cash was brought in by the sweeper business. But unfortunately, due to Rena's lack in judge of character, she later found that Train's personality wasn't all it was cracked up to be. On jobs, he would perform reckless and moronic stunts that would not only allow the bounty to escape, but put Rena in embarrassing and often painful situations. For this reason, she is always seen wearing a white kimono that's been fastened to the left instead of the right. She figured that she might as well be dressed for her funeral if she's going to travel with Train. Even still, Rena stuck around because she thought Train to be........."good with kids".....and later the couple had a son named Aiken. Aiken shows a lot of his father's traits in gunmanship and has great potential to eventually surpass him, but is sometimes haunted by his mother's horrible aim. Despite his slight bad luck with genetics (pun!), Aiken strives to be an even more successful gunman than Train.
(Note: As I said before, this is a comical RP, hence why Train is out of character. But there may be an occasion when I do something relatively serious. Maybe.)

flippy.JPG 767x480(49KB) Aiken Heartnetcurrent age: 11
abilities: strong potential in gunmanship, tuning people out
Aiken is the son of Train and Rena Heartnet. Because of his parents' frequent and pointless quarrels (mainly started by Rena over a bounty), he's learned to tune them out to avoid any potential involvement. Due to his father's shenanigans and his mother's short temper, Aiken has undergone a lot of.....traumatizing experiences. Most of which lead him to withdrawal into his room and lock the door.... X3

er.JPG 535x800(64KB) Father and SonBecause of Train's misfortunes as a child and his shady past, he strives to be a good father and role model for Aiken, so that history will not repeat itself. Train often spends time with Aiken by helping him practice using his pistol or even taking him on easy-capture bounties.
(I felt that this part should've be somewhat sentimental. No comedy for this one.)
