Shioku likes wearing here blue jacket sometimes because before her Mother died, she made the jacket for her so she could wear it in the future. It was one of the memories she had of her clan, the Hukura clan. When she left the Star village to go to the leaf village with the Uchiha clan, she decided to take the jacket with her to remember her mother. She also took it because it was like having the whole Hukura clan with her every day.
