Garou ReiketsuGarou is on Mirage's team (He's 14). He was supposed to have a chain wrapped around his arm with the stripes and on his sword, but I couldn't seem to get it right so I left it out.) I haven't quite figured out his jutsu, but it deals with chains and a sword. lol Oo, and I've seen this hair style used on other characters before, and if anyone made a character with this hair or if I copied something of someone else's, its just how I imaged Garou, I didn't copy.
