That is possible as his mask is open on his right eye and he could still have the Sharingan in that one. another reason is that they have similar personalities and also Tobi is almost an anagram of Obito.

SPOILERS: Obito is not Tobi according to the manga at the moment. Tobi claims to be Madara Uchiha (the left statue, last Sasuke vs. Naruto scene before Shippuuden). It is possible for Tobi to be Obito because of the one Sharingan, the hair, clumsiness e.t.c. But at the moment, it is not canon.

The 4th Hokage (Yondaime-san or Namikeze Minato-san) is really Naruto's father....
