Neji's straight...even though he doesn't blush at girls. Actually, NO ONE blushes except for Naruto and Lee (for the guys, that is). That's what I don't really like about the show; the author is amazing at ideas and names, but there isn't any romance whatsoever. Then that results in fan pairings and flamers...oh god that's sad.
