Truth is when he was young he was Exactly the way Sasuke is now, and he had a friend (From the Uchiha clan like sasuke), who was exactly like Naruto is now! This happend because obito pushed kakashi out of the way from an enemy ninjas attack and got crushed in the process. Then obito asked Rin (a medical ninja) to give kakashi his eye as a gift to replace the one he lost. For all of you who dont no, the reason kakashi is always late is because of Obito.
