Really it was on toonami back in the 90's.The scouts are Sailor Moon(Serena,Usagi in japanease dub),Sailor Mini(Chibi)Moon(Rini Chibiusa in japanease dub),Sailor Mercury(Amy),Sailor Mars(Rei),Sailor Jupiter(Lita),and Sailor Venus(Sailor V Mina).

Ok obviously she is the scout of the planet Jupiter her civillian name is Lita.She loves to cook,and take care of plants.Her attacks are mostly based on electricity.She's pretty tough on the battlefied,and is much less girly than the rest of the scouts.
