Well MY favourites are Nova and Kenpachi... but they're from Bleach ^-^;; In Naruto I like Shikamaru. And yes, I know that Naruto and Sakura aren't realistic, but it's FANART. That's what makes it nice. It's different.

I like Sasuke Sakura... yeah I know it'll NEVER happen and I don't care if it does or doesn't. But any way, these guys look totally different. I would've never recognized them if it didn't SAY is was Sakura and Naruto...

I wouldn't usually go for the Naruto and Sakura couple but this is a beautifully drawn picture of them. I love Sakura's hair!!!!

Umm... That's not Naruto and Sakura, it's Minato (the 4th Hokage) and Kushina. Kushina is Naruto's mom. I think she's somehow related to the Haruno clan so it's easy to get them confused. The picture is beautiful though.
