Orochimaru(I think that's how U spell it)bit him and left some wierd mark. He was sick,but all of a sudden,the mark spreads across his body and he gets up and tries to kill I think the sound ninjas.Something like that.

That mark is the cursed seal. I watch an episode that when Sasuke is in the exams, his cursed seal spread all over his body... I felt sorry that he always hurt but still, can move to the last exam.
