um... I'm not sure of the episode, but in the manga it was chap. 181, my fave sasusaku chapter lol  hope that helps. do you read in shonen jump, or download the manga/anime off some fan site?

sasuke takes orochimaru's offer for power not knowing about the plan about orochimaru taking sasuke's body for his own. when leaving he is confronted by sakura. desperate not to lose him she does whatever she can from confessing her love to asking if she could join him. Not knowing how to respond to her feelings he thanks her instead of giving words of parting.

She told him how much she loved him and then he faces her,he says You really are annoying and turns away. Sakura gasps and continues to cry. Then she said " If you leave I'm going to scream". Then Sasuke disappears and shows up up behind her as you see in this pic and says thank you.After that he knocks her out, Sakura's eyes widen and she says Sasuke weakly and passes out. He didn't hit her, he knocked her out by swiftly using the pinky side of his had to hit her in the upper neck lower head area, that is actually an easy way to knock someone out. It doesn't show it but if anyone had any common sence then you would know thats the least painful way to knock someone out from behind with out much struggle. I saw a clip of it and she was just standing there when she fell unconcious, meaning that a swift hit did the job. Besides, I doubt that Sasuke would want to hurt her.
