Um...I thought Hana was blonde...anyway, most people think that Hana's Hao's son because of his name. The 'na' part came from Anna obviously. Here's where the misunderstanding takes place. Majority believe that the 'Ha' part of Hana's name is from Hao. Actually, 'ha' means leaf. 'Yoh' means leaves. And 'hao' means king. Apparantly, the Asakura family has some kind of sacred bond with leaves...

Actually, the Asakuras do have a thing with leaves. Because their philosophy that the whole, "If you are a leaf, you are able to float about the wind along with the side of the light and nature of things." Something like that.
