That is a picture of Spawn, he's a comic book super hero. He was human but was killed and sent to hell he was sent back to earth by Satan as a hell knight but didn't want to do Satans bidding anymore. I think thats right. I recognise the picture from a poster I used to have but in it you could see the cape and face. (not a pretty site)
