Sasuke was being an asshole. Okay, seriously, if you want to get spoiled, read on. Basically, Sasuke tried to run away from Konoha with the Sound nin, but Kakashi used shuriken and string to tie him to a tree and give him a lecture.

Um, wrong. Sasuke tried to hit Naruto with the Chidori, while Naruto tried to hit Sasuke with the Rasengan. Kakashi jumped in between them, and hurled them away from each other. Sasuke went off to sulk, and Kakashi tied him to the tree so he wouln't run away while he was telling him that the Chidori is NOT to be used against friends or for revenge.

Sorry. I haven't read that part of the series for a while since I hate it.

ummm ksk if u were a true fan u'd know that sakura tried to stop naruto and sasuke from hiting eachother THEN kakashi steps between them kakashi talks to the perverted hermit aka frog hermit aka jiraiya and then sakura starts crying she says "k-kashi sensei..*crys* he tries for a sec to calm sakura down then looks for sasuke then sasuke gets tied up and struggles they talk sasuke gets let free and then the 4 notes find him and so on and so forth
