This is my opinion, but there is really no reason to hate Kikyou. She is angery, being revived without a choice, seeing her lover was taken by her reincarnation. Like I said it was not ehr choice to be3 reincarnated. I have seen episdoe pics where Kikyou and Kagome where like friendsm, and from what I heard in the last episode to dies trying to save Inuyasha AND Kagome. See? I feel bad for Kikyo......
