I don't quite remember, but I believe it's because while she was holding one of the "Legendary Stupid Brothers" with her Mind Control Jutsu, one of the brothers punched the brother that was being controlled in the face...so...it's like Ino got punched in the face. I think that's what happened to her. Well it was something like that.

Ugh, I had that same problem once. It was caused by a softball incident...It only took like, 5 seconds for my cheek to swell up! Playing first base is a dangerous job, but someone`s gotta do it.^_^
