I agree...here at boarding school no one...as far as i know...knows i have a boyfriend, but when the subject comes up there is always one or two who loudly vocal their openion against yaoi/gay people and everyone else just follows along...you can tell from watching faces most don't think that way but they are afraid to be different.

I see now where you got the follower thing from. I dislike people who have no opinion, or follow what everyone else does. My friends don't like yaoi, but I tell them I do. I don't get what the problem is with being different. If everyone was the same, the whole world would be quite boring... It's a shame people think it's bad to be different.

oh they are friends...but our boarding schoo is parochial...if we are ever found out we would be expelled in an instant. and my Dad, i shudder to think what he would do to me, a love like Sonny and i have he thinks is the scourge of the world. Sonny's parents are much more understanding but my parents would have me committed some place...no joke

My bf hates this kind of thing but I have a guy friend who is gay (srry if that offends, lack of a better term) and he has been an awesome friend for years. I'm no fan of yaoi or anything but if that's what you like, then by all means, do what you want. I don't think people should condem (sp?) others for being who they are... oh and just cause someone dosen't like yaoi doesn't mean they are "followers" if everyone liked yaoi, then the few who didn't would be the leaders.

why does people take these pics so seriously? When you see shonen-ai picture it doesn't mean mean that those characters are gay! It means that there are some people who likes this pairing and wishes it would be true - but it is not! Only Kishimoto can decide whenever his characters are gay or not! And In my opinion, the only shonen-ai pairing that COULD become canon is sasunaru.
