I think The one with a flower on it's head is female...go to wikipedia and click on Akatsuki and the will show a picture of this member...the eyes and eybrows are really feminine looking also the eyelashes are long...must be a female...plus look at the flower on her head and knowing Naruto they always seem to hav one female shinobi in a team.
