Lost Passage
From the "Lost Passage" gallery of Aethereality.net. There are several pictures here of girls dressed like this one, in kimono with hakama (the skirt-like pants worn over the kimono.) This style of girls' clothing was popular in the very late 19th and early 20th centuries. I've seen a few anime pictures showing modern-day girls dressed like this for their high school graduations, but otherwise it seems to have died out. It's such a shame because this style of outfit is so cute !!!!! ^-^
