It's not SasuSaku. He was unconscious and she pulled his head into her lap. He's too weak to pull away otherwise he would. And I'm NOT dissing Sakura. It's merely because he's always too cool for physical contact, which was proven when she helped him during the exams but he pulled away after he was "okay" enough.

He isn't unconsious his eyes are open, god. He was tired and she maybe offered, who knows? but I do not think sakura is the type to pull his head on her lap.
