Rin was'nt that Anbu chick. She liked Kakashi and that anbu chick liked Hayate. Obito's right eye was crushed. So if Tobi and Obito are the same, He would be blind. Oh, and by the "same hair" logic, that means that the 4 hokage, Naruto, Madara, Obito, Zaku, Asuma, andkakashi are all Tobi. Considering Obito's kindness in Gaiden, why in the hell would he join an evil organization bent on world domination? HELLO?

NyoZeka is right Obito died right after Kakashi got his eye, you are right that Tobi is an Uchiha, but it's Madara.

Tobi is Madara Uchiha, not Obito. Obito is dead. Madara is Immortal and invincible and he is one of the founding fathers of the leaf village and the very first person to awaken the mangekyou sharingan! (it's true! I read it in the naruto manga volume 393! )
