Tobi is love! I adore him. He's so sweet and so un-Akatsuki like. Makes me wonder how he was accepted into the organization. =P

Does he really say that or somethin..cause i see it everywhere. Personally i have never seen or heard Tobi the leader of Akatsuki being nice. Am i missing something?

Tobi isn't the leader. he's the newest recruit into Akatsuki. he took Sasori's place. He's called a good boy because Zetsu called him that and he technically is. Tobi is the nicest member of Akatsuki =P
