Pein is the guy with all the piercings. The flower head said " Pein come here." and he did so his name is Pein. Then another dude talked to him, so he must be Pein's leader.

pein is the leader we know, the girl is unamed and there is another shadow leader although the girl looks gothic, her hait color is light blue

yeah I found out that Pein ain't the leader too

he IS the leader but pein reports to someone else... maybe he's hired?
