Maybe I'm just mixing up terms here *shrug* - but it IS rather expensive. What I mean when I say "dial up" is that if I'm online, as said, my phone connection is blocked. Plus, I have to pay for every single minute I'm online. I thought you knew that. That's the main reason why I can't stay online three hours each day chatting and why I can't stay on for two hours after I made a post, waiting if someone comments back.

Oh no, please don't apologize! It's not your fault. Well, I want to get broadcast (I AM in the internet a lot), but I will most likely move within the next year, and I wanted to wait until I have moved as the contracts for broadband are usually for about two years.
