hes not lees dad, though they have a father-son relationship, gai sees his younger self in lee and lee sees what he wants to be like in gai

I know! Gai-sensei rocks but I Lee-san is my fav. Gai rocks cause he saved Lee when he was down against Gaara. See look at Lee in the background...he's so helpless and Gaara's last move was supposed to kill Lee

No, Gai isn't Lee's father (it would be REALLY wierd if he was though , cause Gai would have been around 13-15 when Lee was born (I can't remember is Gai is 26 or 28 ))

I just wanted to say that I love this picture. Though I don't have anthing against Gai, he's not my favourite, but that scene was so emotional. See the determined "Don't touch my boy, I'll defend him with my life" expression on his face.

Well, though Lee and Gai do act like father and son: Somehow I can't imagine Gai having a deeper relationship with a woman. I just can't imagien Gai kissing a woman or saying things to her like, "I love you, sweetheart." :-/
