i do it whenever i edit, it takes a while, but its not that hard

oh, cuz im trying to do one, i found a tutorial but i think that ones for darwings and not pictures

well on photoshop you make a new layer and go over ALL the lines with a 1 pixel brush, and it is finished ^^

you go over the lines with a brush freehand? but what is the picture's colored in? it won't turn white
