I've just rewatched the episode and kakashi and orochimaru were talking about sasuke and that sasuke will eventually seek for orochimaru, Kakashi has also said that he will if needed he will sacrifice his life for the sake of sasuke and so will kill Orochimaru then right before this picture comes Orochimaru said: Also, you saidyou could kill me?
