Hm... I'm not used to Japanese language. Can someone tell me when I use name-san and when I use name-kun? edit: I did a little of research myself at wikipedia. But wikipedia says "san" is formal and "kun" used among friends. So: Huh? Shouldn't it then be exactly the other way around here?

Not necessarily. Lee is a year older than Sakura, and he did save her life (sort of) so it makes sense that she would be a little formal with him. Meanwhile, the nurse is an adult so it makes sense that she would address a young teen like Lee with the kun suffix, since kun is often used for kids.
