He got poisoned and he was getting the poison out. Then Kakashi said "Great Naruto! Now instead of dying from the poison youll bleed to death." or something like that.

That is almost what he said, Kabuto's Woman. The more precise thing was: "Naruto, that was cool and all, how you got the poison out and everything, but if you lose anymore blood, you're going to die."

And Kakashi is smiling and stuff while he tells Naruto " you might die ^_^ "
