If you have a character that a dragon or a dragon tamer then they belong in that group for the war if they want to join, other wise they'd help the seikaheika and might becone an offical memeber if they want to, if your characters is in the akatsuki then they'll help them out , the war is agenst Akutama my character and Orochimaru they are working together. I'll be putting up posters like this for the dragon taimers and the seikaheika, also maybe the akatsuki just for you know effect XD
