Tekka Murasume
A new RPC! Tekka is Hanabi's estranged cousin who abandoned the Sun Village many years back. Like her, his flame mark ended up on his eye. He uses fire jutsu, but he's best known for his explosive techniques. (not to mention explosive temper) His reason for abandoning the village has remained a mystery, but many suspect he's working for Usomane because he wears an unmarked headband; A trait that's common for his followers.
