Yes he does. Remember that later on, Shika asks his dad why he married such a scary woman and stuff. and his dad made some comment like, " Well it seemed like a good idea at the time". Then when Shika meets up with Temari when they are after Sasuke, she does some crazy move and he said she's almost as scarier than my mom!

I saw this whole episode last week on T.V. now I saw the one were sasuke showed up and he had all that hair!?!? he needs a hair cut!!

It took me a while to realise but Temari is 3 years older than Shikamaru
