yeah, Kagome is 15 Inuyasha is 17, this happens after Inu has just fought Sesshomaru over the tetsusaiga again, Kagome shoots an arrow at Sesshomaru and he goes after her, Inu protects her but she gets knocked out, then once he wins they go back to the village and he hugs her saying "I was afraid" then "Go back to your own time!" He takes the jewel shard so she cant travel back, pushes her in and blocks it with a tree.

Okay okay! Here is the correct age of InuYasha-sama: 267! Okay, now stop obessing about his age. Anyway, InuYasha-sama's hug to Kagome-chan was real yet fake at the same time. He cared for her and didn't want to see another woman he cared for die. (*hint* -> He means Kikyou-sama) Yet, he was trying to steal the Shikon jewel shards away so she couldn't come back! Actually not shocking, since he was trying to get them from her a couple of times! So the hug was 85% real and 15% fake.

Inuyasha is 15 & so is Kagome. 50 years doesn't matter. His soul didn't age & neither did his appearence.

Man in the episode that this happens, it is soooo cute! He is hugging Kagome and says "I was scared. I was so scared when i thought you might die!" and then he ruins the moment by throughing her down the well.....
